Warranty Coverage and Period

This policy applies to porcelain and ceramic table lamps, wood and metal desk lamps, rattan and metal pendant lights, glass and metal pendant lights, and decorative outdoor lanterns made from stainless steel, glass, and galvanized metal.

The product information provided for these collections does not specify an additional commercial warranty period. Bazaarhilo therefore does not provide a separate voluntary commercial warranty period or commercial warranty start date for these collections. This does not affect any statutory warranties, consumer guarantees, or other legal rights applicable to your purchase.

Product Quality Issues

If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, missing component, broken part, or other quality issue, contact us for assistance.

For table and desk lamps, quality concerns may include manufacturing defects affecting the lamp base, socket, switch, supplied cord, shade, or other components. For pendant lights, concerns may include defects in the supplied light fixture, suspension components, canopy, socket, or structural parts. For garden lanterns, concerns may include broken glass panels upon delivery, defective frames, or missing components.

Products that materially differ from their descriptions are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Product Use and Safety

Use each lighting product according to its listed socket type, maximum bulb wattage, and indoor or outdoor rating. Bulbs are not included unless the product description expressly states otherwise.

Hardwired pendant lights must be installed by a qualified professional. Damage resulting from incorrect installation, incompatible bulbs, or use above the stated maximum wattage is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Garden lanterns must be used according to their product descriptions. Protect products from hard freezes where specified, and never leave a lit candle unattended.

Exclusions and Material Variations

Product issues resulting from misuse, accidents, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or failure to follow product care and safety instructions are not considered manufacturing defects.

Normal wear and tear, finish changes caused by outdoor exposure, damage from freezing conditions contrary to product instructions, and damage caused by using incompatible bulbs or candles are not covered by any voluntary commercial warranty.

Minor variations in porcelain, ceramic glazes, wood grain, rattan texture, metal finishes, and glass characteristics are not automatically considered defects when consistent with the product description.

These exclusions do not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies under applicable law.

How to Submit a Claim

Contact [email protected] with your order number, product name, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos showing the problem.

For visible damage upon delivery, please report the issue within 7 calendar days whenever possible. This reporting period does not restrict statutory rights or remedies.

Please contact us before returning a product so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.

Resolution and Costs

After reviewing your request, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, repair where practical, replacement parts, or a refund.

Where return shipping is required for a confirmed defective or incorrectly supplied product, Bazaarhilo will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required by law or agreed upon by our customer service team.
